This 1900's twin needed a full renovation to showcase the original character. We were able to complete new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, paint, windows, kitchen and baths, refinished flooring, and carpet in 10 weeks, taking this home from a 5 bedroom, 1.5 bath, to a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath showstopper. We were also able to preserve the original pocket doors! The 1900s old world charm coupled with the modern updates led to four offers during our first (and only) open house!
